Backgrounds and Animation start at an additional cost but really depends on the complexity, I'll need to hear your idea before giving you an exact price. Simple backgrounds like a gradient block or simple pattern are free.As a baseline assume simple backgrounds such as a small portion of a forest, or alley way etc etc are $5.
And simple animations like blinking, tail wag, and wing flaps are $10.
